I bought a new razer keyboard today and i was setting up the RGB when i wanted to set it up the keyboard did not show i have tried everything all the videos on you tube do not help the keyboard just doesn't show here. This is the keyboard i bought and it is supported i checked the supported keyboards for it but it doesnt show i need support

Hi AidenH123, Are you using a USB hub for the new keyboard? Try checking in the device manager if it's detected or if it shows any error. You can also try the troubleshooting steps here for further isolation. If that didn't help, PM me the Synapse version so I can check it on my end and look for other steps to help you with the issue.
