Greetings Razer Support, 

I just installed update 20240710 for the Razer Synapse app, and now the app is completely broken.  If I open the program, and make any selection from the main menu, nothing happens, and a few seconds later I get an error message saying “The application encountered a problem, please exit synapse and start again.”  When I restart the app, I get the same problem again.  I have restarted my computer a few times, and I’m still getting the same error.  I seriously hope the app doesn’t somehow DELETE the profile data I have spent hours on creating for both my razer mouse & keyboard...

 

 

I am having the same issue.  My keyboard (Blackwidow V3 Pink) is functioning to an extent, but my LED programming isnt working at all. Synapse cant even detect my devices so i could try to reprogram the LEDs and to top it off my computer isnt even recognizing my headset (Kraken Kitty), so i literally have no audio function at all because i dont have external speakers.

Hm, if you’re also having issues with your headphones then your motherboard might need its drivers or firmware updated.


Edit: It would appear that the application eventually fixed itself after I turned off my computer for the night and came back the next day.  Thanks for the speedy feedback and support Razer!
