Greetings Razer Support,
I just installed update 20240710 for the Razer Synapse app, and now the app is completely broken. If I open the program, and make any selection from the main menu, nothing happens, and a few seconds later I get an error message saying “The application encountered a problem, please exit synapse and start again.” When I restart the app, I get the same problem again. I have restarted my computer a few times, and I’m still getting the same error. I seriously hope the app doesn’t somehow DELETE the profile data I have spent hours on creating for both my razer mouse & keyboard...
