Like the title says, I have the Razer Synapse app for Mac OS but it says “No device found” despite my Huntsman Mini being plugged in, which i believe is on the list of supported devices. Anything I can do to troubleshoot?

There are limited models that belongs to the supported models of Synapse for Mac. You may check the list here. Hopefully, the Razer Huntsman Mini will soon be added in the future updates of our software.
