Razer Synapse MacOS
My product: Razer Mamba Wireless
Wanted to use it on my Mac and be able to customize the sensitivity and rgb lighting. Synapse doesn't detect my device at all.
I searched the forum and see that there's no desire to have this fixed. Next time just please be more clear with Synapse Mac about what mouses it supports and what it doesn't so people can make an educated decision before they buy.
Also, was really disappointed to come to your "Support" section and see all the first threads be basically advertisements. Customer service downvote.
Really wanted to like your products. Probably will shy away from them in the future just based on unclarity and unmet expectations.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but if you have the Mamba Wireless, you won't be able to customize it on macOS. What you have just isn't supported on Synapse 2.0 for macOS. You can find the list of supported devices from here.
I understand where you are coming from, I really do. But the salt levels in this thread is a bit more than our House Rules can tolerate. Consider this thread closed as non-constructive.
