So many problems, so many problems with this software. Once of the worst softwares I have seen, even cheap chinese mice have better software than this.
Where to begin ok lets make a list
- With synapse installed at times the computer stops recognising the mouse (I used it for weeks without the software and not a hitch, reinstalled synapse, voila, randomly stops recognising the mouse)
- Keybinds stop working (without the software installed they work fine with it they stop)
- Profile switching stops working (with the software uninstalled they work fine)
I mean did you hire your dev team from wish.com? Why so much trouble in letting basic functionality work fine which it does when the software is uninstalled and is only using the onboard profile?
Razer support team on email is also pathetic, randomly reply to you one fine day, and then close the ticket without solving anything 24 hours later. Amazing
