Razer Synapse Malfunction

So a few weeks back my Razer Blase 15 Base model started blue screening repeatedly on startup for no reason I knew about. After going through multiple solutions. I finally fixed the issue but just a few days later, my keyboards rgb lighting stopped working properly. It dosent use the colours I pick in the studio and sometimes dosen't even turn on for the entirety of the time the laptop is on. Then at one point it just stopped coming on entirly (it won't even turn green when powering on). Following that, I lost the ability to ajust the speed of my cooling fans on synapse (i'll upload a screenshot of what I mean) and because of this the laptop overheats whenever I play games. Anyway, is there a solution th this or am i just gonna have to live with this forever? I'm new to Razer so forgive me if i'm missing something obvious.
