Razer Synapse Minimises Constantly+uncompatible with Stellaris(either Leviathan, mouse or software)

Hi! 

I’ve tried everything to fix titled issues to be fair.

Synapse does start. I can see that it managed to launch and just stays there minimised no matter what I do. That’s basically it - it’s not functioning. Tried to repair, uninstall and install and even dancing with drums failed.

Speaking of stellaris issue: Game freezes my laptop on 30% load with 75% chance and reboot is the only option. This happens with aprox 50% if no razer apps are on and this never happens if I disconnect leviathan and my razer mouse. We’ve tried to go through this with stellaris support team and they are aware of this but can not do anything. There is even a forum page on this issue.

All used software is the first available on the download page so basically the latest one. Chroma works fine.
