Hello, I'm having a similar problem. However I'm using Nanoleaf Canvas and Synapse does find my panels, however it does not pair and it keeps crashing Synapse to the point I have to uninstall Synapse and reinstall it.

I have the same issue with my Nanoleaf Canvas panels. After attempting to pair the panels, Synapse crashes giving unexpected errors when I try to relaunch synapse. I can remove the nanoleaf module to get synapse running again with my other Razer products, however, I the Nanoleaf module appears to not work properly. My canvas panels have firmware 5.01 if that is relevant.

The same thing is happening to me currently. I have clean uninstalled and reinstalled Synapse (and all other Razer software/files) FOUR times this evening, tried everything listed by Nanoleaf to troubleshoot, and still when I try to use the Nanoleaf Synapse module it discovers my device, tries to pair, and then crashes. Is this a known issue with a fix? I'm at a loss for what else to try and specifically purchased Razer products over others for the integrations like this one.

This may also be helpful if you don't have it, the Nanoleaf Canvas firmare was updated on January 30th. I am providing the release notes and bullet #2 appears to impact the API if its what is used to connect Synapse through the Nanoleaf Module

• Added ability to disable touch
• Changed the layout API to set sideLength to 0. Side Length is now inferred from shapeType.
• Fixed a minor issue with the heatmap

I'll post logs in a few for mine. I had collected logs, but unsure where to look for problems

This may also be helpful if you don't have it, the Nanoleaf Canvas firmare was updated on January 30th. I am providing the release notes and bullet #2 appears to impact the API if its what is used to connect Synapse through the Nanoleaf Module
