Hi there i'm trying to sync my nano leaf to razer synapse but when it says hold the power button for 5-7 seconds to complete pairing it doesn't do anything. The flashing leds do blink but it doesn't seem to sync. It works fine through my phone app but won't sync with razer synapse. I tried downgrading to synapse 2 but windows just updates it to synapse 3. I am currently using Nanoleaf Shapes instead of light panels. I am not sure if it is compatible
