Razer Synapse- No compatible devices

Hi there

I have an Ornata Chroma keyboard and have the latest version of Razer Synapse. It has stopped recognizing my keyboard. It did work for a bit, but now the program just says "No compatible devices detected, Please connect a Razer chroma device or enable "chroma support" in supported third-party device software." whenever I go in to try and customize the colors etc

As far as I can tell it's still supported, the keyboard works fine.
Have uninstalled, and re-installed. Ensured the program was up to date.
Mobile device (Windows computer) shows x3 HID keyboards
Tried different USB ports

Modle # RZ03-0204


Any help is super appreciated!

Did you find out how to fix that? I have the same problem with my keyboard so tell me what you did if you fixed the connection trouble.
