Razer Synapse not detecting my headphones

Ok so first of all I have two issue, issue number one: my razer kraken mic is not working Second issue: to fix the mic I have to go to synapse, but the synapse cannot detect my razer kraken, yes I have tried to repair the app and that did not work, and I have tied to fix my mic but it doesn't seem to have worked, my mic is still not working and razer synapse cannot detect my razer kraken, it would be really nice if my kraken mic starts working again.
