Razer Synapse not seeing ether of my Death Adder Chroma mice

My main wireless mouse broke ( Non Razer ) so I ordered a new Razer mouse from Amazon on sale :) and meantime I plugged in my old Death Adder Chroma and install a fresh install of Razer Synapse and logged into my account which see my old mouse which I reg'd. I rebooted and Select the quick launch icon and I only get 3 choices like it can't see the device. Reg an item / Visit the store /View compatible devices Am I missing something here? I can't control the mouse or settings for it?
