Razer Synapse not working

Hey there... i'm desperated with this software... it wont open. I've tried at least everything i found but nothing works for me -.- Re-installing, driver reset, Synapse 2 test I've a Razer Lancehead Tournament Edition, driver installed.

this is such crap software - I will never buy Razer again .... apart from having all the 'new' hardware I bought not recognised in Synapse 2 there is hardly any loyalty ... unless you pay them more money

synapse3 was not working after reinstall non of the devices are detecting in synapse3. try with synapse 2 it will show only headset.
