I dont know if anyone else has had this problem, but my razer synapse wont work. I can click on the application, but it loads for a little bit and then just force quits itself. Ive tried deleting and redownloading but it still wont work. Any help would be nice.
do a search on the internet for SurroundSoundInstaller_v1.0.129.165 and install it and it will put everything back to normal

Hi there! Sorry to hear about your Razer Synapse's concern. Have you tried checking your anti-virus or firewall if it's blocking any Razer-related file? Ensure that you are using your personal computer and connected to your home network too. Else, please clean reinstall your Razer Synapse and see if it helps.
still not working, and for razer synapse 2, it wont detect any of my razer devices
I'm also having this problem. I've reinstalled three times. I use this mouse (Naga 2012) at work, and wanted to use it's functionality of all its buttons. Are you saying this isn't possible because it has to connect to your site? What about offline environments? Home users with very little Internet capabilities? How does this work with no Internet?



My error when trying to login is "Network not available" with no further instructions.

That's odd. Does the Razer Synapse never receive an update even if your computer is connected to the internet? Please send me the following:



a. Screenshot of System Information (Hit Windows+R to open the Run box. Type “msinfo32” into the “Open” field, and then hit Enter.)

b. Screenshot of Windows version (Hit Windows + R. Open the Run box with then type winver)

c. Screenshot of Synapse version (Click the gear/cog icon at the top right. For Synapse 3.0, click “About”).

d. Synapse 3.0 logs.

Synapse 3 says I need version 2 for the Naga. This is as far as I get:

Please be careful and not delete other files/folders as it may corrupt your Windows operating system. Check the steps below:



1. Uninstall Synapse and delete all files in C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Razer and C:\\ProgramData\\Razer directories. These folders are hidden by default, so please be sure to unhide them.

2. Uninstall Razer drivers by going to "Device Manager" from Control Panel.

3. Press Windows + X key and choose Command Prompt on the menu.

4. Type regedit in the command prompt window and press enter.

5. Please go to this path and check if you have it:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SOFTWARE\\WOW643NODE\\Razer\\

*Please delete everything that's in the Razer folder. Please reinstall Synapse after deleting all the files inside the Razer folder

6. Download a fresh installer and reinstall, then restart your PC.

7. Add Synapse to your firewall exemptions and update your .NET Framework at https://dotnet.microsoft.com/download/dotnet-framework/net48
