Sometimes when I turn on my pc razer synapse doesn't work, I can't change any options as if it doesn't detect my device. I tried to register the product again but it is also not possible

Sometimes when I turn on my pc razer synapse doesn't work, I can't change any options as if it doesn't detect my device. I tried to register the product again but it is also not possible




Same issue with me got a new laptop and when I inserted my mouse (abyssus 2000) and keyboard (Ornata) they work but when i try to install the Synapse 2 software (I used to get a message to install when plugging in my mouse) I get a screen that shows warranty and nothing shown see the previous post images,. so stuck with the previous setting of the green flashing keyboard and unable to change also unable to set the button mappings on the mouse ,,, any one help I'm pulling my hair out.

Tried uninstalling Synapse software and removing the devices in Dev Manager (win 10 pro) nothing will work.

I've fixed my mouse with this problem,, bought a steelseries mouse plugged it in and bing works great and the software is great ,, try it out ..



If I cannit get the synapse 2.0 working the keyboard will be going the journey to



Cone on Razer get your finger out... so far I'm not happy.

bit of an update on this ,,, this is what I have Done : -

1 removed the HID keyboard settings in Win 10 Device Manager.

2 unplugged the keyboard (Ornata).

3 uninstalled the software Synapse.

4 stopped all running services.

5 removed all files that the uninstall missed.

6 showed all hidden files and folders.

7 removed all references to Razer software from the appdata (c:/users/*your profile*/local/ & c:/users/*your profile*/roaming/

8 Reboot

9 Plug in keyboard

10 Nothing popped up like it used to (an auto run to install the software)

11 installed the synapse 2.0 from the Razer applications downloads.

12..STILL THE SAME PROBLEM...

Can anyone reply to this and advise. solved the issue with the Abyssus 2000... I just replaced it with a SteelSeries Rival3..
do they actually have a customer service team?? it's been hours
doesn't look like it, poor service really.
