Razer synapse not working

when i try and start up razer synapse and adjust bass volumes and my surround sound on my Kraken 7.1 v2 it just doesn't show up in any of the synapse apps and I just don't know what to do

    Does your headset get detected in the Device Manager? I highly recommend following the steps on how to do a clean reinstallation from this page. If the problem persists, send me the serial number of your headset. I can use those to look into other possible solutions. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
