Razer Synapse Not Working

okay so out of the blue Razer Configurator just stopped working. Macros wont play, and lighting effects wont work either. ive deleted it and reinstalled same issue. changed profiles and other things that i knew wouldn't work but it just really makes no sense. if anyone can shed some light on this id be eternally grateful, im using a black widow ultimate btw

    Which version of Synapse do you have installed and are you getting any sort of error messages?

    thanks for your response. and it's v2.21 and no theres no error's it shows my keyboard at the bottom left as if it should be working it really makes no sense to me. but nothing works at all :/
