Razer synapse or cortex is causing my computer to crash

I just bought a razer huntsman because my old razer keyboard was old and I thought it was the cause of my pc crashing. I installed the new keyboard and installed razer synapse and cortex and then my computer kept freezing and giving me a watchdog error. I was finally able to get into control panel long enough to delete synapse and cortex. My computer no longer freezes and shuts down. This is ridiculous and I would like to get this fixed. I also noticed that my issue came right after i signed into my razer account on my computer. I have no idea if that has anything to do with it. Some help on why this is happening and what I can do would be appreciated. While I know a little about computers and I can build and do minor things with the system, I am not super computer proficient. SO any directions on what to do needs to take that into account.
