Hi there, I keep getting a blue screen error that says: PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGE_AREA What failed: rzudd.sys Now since that happened a couple of times, I have since uninstalled and reinstalled: Razer_Synapse_Installer_v2.21.21.1.exe It is for my Razor Anansi keyboard - RZ03-0055 Gaming keyboard Is there anything I can do to fix this issue as the Razor software now doesn't want to work at all... Thanks

Is your OS already fully updated? Also, are you on Mac or Windows?

Sorry about not mentioning my OS - Windows 10 and it is fully up to date - the OS and all of the drivers. Also, razer had an update this morning which seems to have fixed the issues I was having, or at least it seems to have so far... Also, Razer software now says 2.21

I see. Not sure what happened but I would have also suggested a clean reinstallation of Synapse. Nonetheless, it's good to hear that it has been fixed. Should you have other concerns, feel free to let me know. :wink_:

Hi again, It started again with the same error: PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGE_AREA What failed: rzudd.sys I have since uninstalled Synapse and not a single crash for over 3 weeks. There is something going on with Synapse and Windows 10, for me anyway. Any ideas as to what I can do? Thanks
