Razer Synapse Service keeping my computer awake

I went out and got the Razer Kraken Tourney edition headset. Love the headset. But the Synapse beta 3.0 software is not liking my motherboard as the Synapse drivers/program is keeping my computer awake 24/7. If I go into services in the task manager and stop Razer Synapse Service my computer will sleep, if I start it back up the computer refuses to sleep but attempts and will wake up 1 second later. How can I fix this because when the service is stopped the headset is missing out on a lot of added features. My friend has the same headset and the program runs perfect for him, so it must be a driver issue with my motherboard. Yes everything is updated, I have tried disabling the HID driver, I have tried everything. I am no rookie. Please help! I have the GIGABYTE X570 AORUS motherboard

I have the same exact issue. I tried looking for the HID-Compliant Game Controller and found nothing. I also have the Razer Kraken TE. I also found that unplugging the USB controller for the Kraken lets it sleep, but that defeats the whole purpose. Let me know if you or your friend find anything!

I have a similar issue with my kraken ultimate headset. The PC does not go to sleep. As soon as I unplug the headset or "end task" synapse, the PC goes to sleep.
