As the title says, my Razer synapse shows that I'm getting 0 RPM even when I attempt to crank the fans all the way up. I've already restarted my laptop countless times, and I've even deleted Synapse and re downloaded it to no avail. If it helps at all, I have a Razer Blade 2020 Base Model with an i7-10750h, 16 Gigabytes of Memory, and an RTX 2060.

Interesting. It could just be a visual bug, but are your fans working just fine? In any case, please send me the serial number of the laptop. For now, perform a clean installation of Synapse by following this guide. After that, try logging in using a newly registered Razer ID.
