Razer synapse stuck on 49% while updating.

after reinstalling it i cant configurate my devices, because it always stuck on 49%. It seems like razer stop supporting my region or smth. Edit: Added screenshots.

That is not the case. The error message indicates that the updater failed to reconnect to our servers due to connection issues. You will want to disable your firewall and antimalware apps temporarily. You may even want to try to use a different DNS. That usually works for me.
