Razer Synapse Turning off Lights on BlackBidow Elite
Im using a Razer Blade hooked to a razer core. Before switching keyboards from a Razer Cynosa my lights worked fine. Using a usb hub, tried hooking just into razer core and razer blade laptop same results. Just a few days ago got this new keyboard and the lights worked at first but a couple days later, it stopped. No new programs installed as well when I close Razer Central it works again. Lights come up immidietly.

+1Check if the lights are not disabled on the profile. You can also try creating new profile in Synapse.
Also does the light come back when you replug USB to different port?
Lights are not disabled on the profile, this is the first thing I tried. Also created a new profile. The lights come on briefly when unplugged, and replugged. Same results on about 6 different usb ports.

GGNoPotatoHey there! Does the same behavior happen while logging in as a guest user? Should the issue persist, please clean reinstall the Razer Synapse 3.0 and see if it helps.
