I'm unable to sync my hue bridge with Synapse. I'm using Synapse 3 and have v2 of the Philips Hue Hub (software updated). I have followed the steps from the following video: , but I get the message "Razer synapse unable to find hue bridge". I have entered in the IP address manually and Synapse is still unable to find the hub. Any help would be appreciated.
