Razer Synapse uninstalled but "Razer Central Service" still in Windows task manager

My Razer Core X Chroma eGPU stopped working and I uninstalled Razer Synapse months ago. I just noticed that “Razer Central Service” is running in my task manager. I don’t use any Razer hardware and don’t want any of their software on my computer. When I search “Razer” in my start menu and my programs list, nothing shows up. How do I fully uninstall all Razer stuff?

      did you find out? i directly unistalled chroma from synapse and it still had mutiple chroma clients running in task manager, making my 16 core cpu feel slow i swear
