Hi,



I have a problem with the latest Razer Synapse update, each time I try to run the update BullGuard Quarantines Razer_Chroma_Broadcast_SDK_Core_v2.4.6.exe



This is the anti virus log:

Virus name: Drop.Win32.WinSelfCopy.450

Actions

Move to quarantine: Succeeded

Any help would be most appreciated - I've tried running the update with the AV software turned off but it still manages to quarantine the file.

I have the same issue, I unstalled the Synapse software and encountered the same error trying to reinstall. now I have no drivers installed.



So dont try that. :frown_:



Go to Firewall Security settings in Bullguard and untick "Automatically block intruders" check box and it will install the update, just remember to go back and retick it after.
