Razer Synapse update blocked by BullGuard

Hi, I have a problem with the latest Razer Synapse update, each time I try to run the update BullGuard Quarantines Razer_Chroma_Broadcast_SDK_Core_v2.4.6.exe This is the anti virus log: C:\\Windows\\Temp\\nsvCC3A.tmp\\Razer_Chroma_Broadcast_SDK_Core_v2.4.6.exe Virus name: Drop.Win32.WinSelfCopy.450 Behaviour: C:\\Windows\\Temp\\nsx36AC.tmp\\nsExec.dll C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Razer\\ChromaBroadcast\\temp\\Razer_Chroma_Broadcast_SDK_Core_v2.4.6.exe C:\\Windows\\Temp\\nsx36AC.tmp\\System.dll C:\\Windows\\Temp\\nsx36AB.tmp Actions Move to quarantine: Succeeded Time: 2021/04/17 13:28:11 Any help would be most appreciated - I've tried running the update with the AV software turned off but it still manages to quarantine the file. Many thanks in advance

    I have the same issue, I unstalled the Synapse software and encountered the same error trying to reinstall. now I have no drivers installed. So dont try that. :frown_:

    Go to Firewall Security settings in Bullguard and untick "Automatically block intruders" check box and it will install the update, just remember to go back and retick it after.
