Razer Synapse Update broke Naga v2 Hyperspeed

Hi,

 

After an update of Synapse, All the lateral button (1 to 12) cease to work. Try resetting the mouse, uninstall/reinstall Synapse, reset profil but nothing work. 

The update simply turn my naga into a basic mouse 3 buttons mouse.

Is there anyway to solve this ?

By the way, firmware update tools is useless, the DfuNagaV2HS never show in Windows bluetooth screen so can’t upgrade to 1.01.00 from 1.00.04.

I’m here to chime in with the same problem. Just started happening a couple few days ago. Killing all running Synapse software makes my side buttons work as they were last programmed. When Synapse is open, it’s back to only sending the corresponding number inputs.

I remove all Razer software and my mouse is working again. 

Synapse 4 is clearly bugged or contain some planned obsolescence code to prevent old mouse to work correctly...

Update caused all of my side buttons to stop working as well. This is ridiculous.
