Razer Synapse Updated Destroyed My Razer Freyja

This message is to the Razer Company. Ever since the last razer synapse update my Razer Freyja’s haptics has stopped working (my freyja is not broken). I’ve done everything in my power to fix this issue, even sending my freyja to you guys for a replacement just to get the new one and have the SAME ISSUE! Upon further inspection I’ve come to the conclusion that this is a software issue and many others also have the same problem. We all spent our hard earned money to support your company as well as enjoy this unique experience  and we think its only fair your create an update ASAP to address and solve this major issue. Please response in a timely fashion to inform us of your plans to fix this. Please don’t earn a bad rep off of a simple fix.

Sorry to hear you have to go through this too, just know you’re not alone. Very unfortunate, especially for how much we paid for the Razer Freyja. I’m hoping they have a plan to do something about this issue immediately! But I’ve been VERY vocal anywhere, I see Razer about this issue. Hopefully everyone else including you has been very vocal as well, the more people who address this they’ll have no choice but to fix this asap. Not fair to us...

I have the same problem with my Freyja . Bought it Dezember last year , at the beginning it work  fine , then the problems with disconnections begann . Now for a few weeks it also stops working . I reinstalled the Software , sometimes it works a short time , then it stops working . I have also some noises from one vibration modul so i have to turn it down to 30% , then its fine . I hope they fix this problem ASAP .

Thanks for the advice, I’ll give this a try once I get to my pc.

I suspect it’s firmware issue. I was running the beta synapse 4 and it was fine. Although the beta was buggy, so I removed it and that’s when my problem started. I’m gonna go back to the beta and see what happens. I’ll report back.

I had tried the beta as well…same issue. It’ll always work with a fresh reinstall then stop working within minutes.
