Hey guys, I found the solution it seems. It has to be a conflict with another RGB app you may have on your PC. For me it was because of SignalRGB. Completely turning off SignalRGB seems to have the issue, I might be able to fix it and let them both work together but I’m not sure yet.

Yes, I can confirm it works just fine after ending task on SignalRGB. After the Freyja starts working, I simply launch SignalRGB again and it’s all good.
 

I’ll do some more testing tomorrow and come back with an update, otherwise I might give up on SignalRGB and try OpenRGB to see if it makes a difference. 

Yes hopefully your solution works after 24 hours, plz let us know. I ask because everyone’s solution so far including mines only last for a short moment before it starts to act up again.

Yeah I really doubt that it’s fully fixable… this is just a bandaid solution to one of the many problems Razer has to address, starting with its bloaty software and various apps that could be easily incorporated into one.

I think at this point more WE all got their attention and they have no choice but to prioritize a fix asap. Crazy thing is I’m sure it’s a simple fix on their end. They owe us some free Razer products.

Yeah I really doubt that it’s fully fixable… this is just a bandaid solution to one of the many problems Razer has to address, starting with its bloaty software and various apps that could be easily incorporated into one.

Buying a decently expensive piece of tech to use it as a cushion is indeed pretty insane to say the least. You’d think that such an issue would be fixed within hours and would be of the utmost importance. Razer doesn’t care, that’s the reality of 99% of all support interactions with them.

I’m not using SignalRGB. My RAM and fan lighting are RGB and connected only to the motherboard, but I haven’t installed any software to control them yet since I recently did a fresh system install. Freyja still isn’t working.

I don’t know what to say, I completely managed to fix it.

 

I also don’t know what you have or don’t have on your PC, but it’s very possible that another app is interfering with Synapse/Freyja.

 

FIX (at least for now):

I set SignalRGB’s CPU affinity to the lowest possible from Task Manager and I also disabled add-ons and ignored devices that Synapse could already handle. 

If this doesn’t work for you guys, keep tweaking SignalRGB or whatever other RGB app you may have. Make sure Synapse is always the priority.


Finally I found a solution razer released new patch on razer synapse 4 beta at least 2 month later I was able to use freyja properly

Step by step I tell you what I did exactly 

first I did  read previous solution about signalrgb app I installed app (its all in one rgb) its controlling all rgb while inactivating other app it’s conflict with other app then I uninstalled it and also uninstalled the synapse 4 (perhaps I uninstalled and installed synapse 4  20 or 25 times along 2 months)and while using driver clean up tool and  I removed previous drivers (https://rzr.to/igxb6b) after that I  installed synapse 4 but freyja still has no function then I searched about  synapse 4 beta and without uninstall synapse 4 I ran synapse 4 beta exe after installation  or updating synapse 4 beta ,razer  cushion finally has worked after 2 months later I tested it along 3 hours on battlefield 6,resident evil and red dead redemption 2 

can you check in synapse app in customization menu cushion has vibration ?

my problem was cushion powered and connected green light on ,adjusting vibration zone  its working  but in games or sounds it has  no function

Did it work for you ? I guess we will be  able use cushion without issue  until synapse 5 released  

I tried and it only worked for 5 mins and stopped. Whats interesting is I see that we all have several issues with the Freyja, some not working at all and some off and on. My issue isn’t that it doesn’t work at all it’s that it’ll randomly stop working. For me what I do now for a quick fix is pull up the task manager, then under the apps that are running find HAPTIC SERVICE, once you do right click it and click END TASK. After doing so 9/10 it’ll start working again. Though it may stop working again after a while that’ll get it working again. Give that method a try, hopefully that’ll work.

I uninstalled Synapse 4 and reinstalled it as a beta version. It started working for me in both Sensa HD and Audio versions. I checked Sensa HD with Simhub and it worked perfectly in AC Rally. I hope it doesn't break again because I bought this product with pleasure and want to use it.
