This message is to the Razer Company. Ever since the last razer synapse update my Razer Freyja’s haptics has stopped working (my freyja is not broken). I’ve done everything in my power to fix this issue, even sending my freyja to you guys for a replacement just to get the new one and have the SAME ISSUE! Upon further inspection I’ve come to the conclusion that this is a software issue and many others also have the same problem. We all spent our hard earned money to support your company as well as enjoy this unique experience and we think its only fair your create an update ASAP to address and solve this major issue. Please response in a timely fashion to inform us of your plans to fix this. Please don’t earn a bad rep off of a simple fix.

"Okay, I found a workaround to get my Razer Freyja working. Even if I restart Windows 11 or relaunch Razer Synapse, the Freyja just doesn't work on its own. Here is the solution I found by myself:

First, completely close the Razer Synapse app by right-clicking the Razer icon in the system tray (bottom right corner) and selecting EXIT.

Open the Windows Task Manager and search for "Razer".

End these two services: Haptic and GameService.

Now, start Razer Synapse 4 Beta, wait about 10 seconds, open Chrome or YouTube, and test your Razer Freyja.
I've been using this method for the last 3 days without any issues. Every time Windows restarts or the haptics stop working, this is the only solution that fixes it for me. Hope it helps!"

Razer Kraken V4 Pro have a problem working with asus mainboard（ROG Strix SCAR 18）that can’t be solved.
i wonder whether frejya does the same.

I found toggle audio 2 haptics off then back on usually works. Same with Sensa.
