I’ve had Razer Basilisk Ultimate for over a year now and it’s the best thing since Logitech went to garbage. I’m all about the scroll wheel Left nad Right clicks, very convenient for browsing (Shift + right arrow) BUT, when synapse 4 is active, the volume buttons double up when used.
I have the 2 side buttons set to Vol up and Vol down. Synapse not active, volume goes up by increments of 2.
When synapse is active in the background, the volume goes up by 4 so it’s not 20, 22, 24 instead it’s 20, 24, 28.
I’m pretty annoyed by this BUG because i use my charging dock as a battery level for the mouse and if synapse is OFF, the dock goes to rainbow cycle.. Not like the mouse that has OFFLINE profiles..
Why is that such a big problem to fix?
