Razer Synapse Wireless Power Saving Bug

I have noticed that there is a significant bug with Razer Synapse that is causing disconnection issues galore. Occasionally, Razer Synapse will start and set wireless power saving all the way to the left (which should be 1), but it actually shows “0” on the slider, which is causing my mouse to connect for about 1 second and then disconnect and turn off and then cycle that process every 10-15 seconds. Please fix this bug!!!

Experiencing this issue as well!

This happened with the last Synapse update for my Razer Basilisk Ultimate. I was able to adjust the power saving then as it stayed connected for 30-60sec

The most recent update in October 2026 created this bug again for me, but the mouse only stays connected for 1-2 secs, even if I’m quick enough to adjust the slider, it doesn’t save. 

Is there a known fix for this bug yet?
