Hello, the razer synapse app (Version 4.0. [removed by moderator] ) doesnt recognize some important apps, i bought the razer naga and the tartarusv2 because i use lot of shortcuts to improve my performance on my job but i have lot of issues with synapse that doesnt recognize some important apps, at the start i didnt returned my razer stuff because i was not too worried when it only doesnt recognize Capcut but now it doesnt recognize cinema 4d either, i have to change profiles manually and its not supposed to work like that, i thought updating both apps, my windows and razer synapse could make it work but it doesnt. My windows its not old it have maybe 1 year since i installed and its genuine, i have an norton antivirus subscription, apparently its not a virus, i only use my system to work, i only have multimedia editing apps, my system info:
intel i9-12900K, ram 64 Gb, rtx 3090 24gb, win 11
