Razer Synapse won't open

Everytime I try opening Razer Synapse to change my chroma settings all it does is brings me to my account settings. I have tried reinstalling and uninstalling and NOTHING WORKS. I may just be missing something but someone please help.

    I'm currently having the same issue with my Razer Cynosa Chroma. The application won't run, and I've already redownloaded it and created an account. I don't see why I'm having an issue.

    I wrote an explanation for why the current Razer Synapse 2 install doesn't work here /razer-synapse-2-not-opening.50737/page-3 Use the Razer Surround install instead. TLDR: a critical file included in the normal Synapse 2 install is severely out of date. The Razer Surround install uses the correct up-to-date file.
