Razer Synapse Won't Reconize Headset

Ive tried sooo many time uninstalling and looking on google to fix this problem and ive tried it on another PC and works completely fine, When ive uninstalled, restarted, re-installed Synapse will not detect my razer kraken pro V2. i've went as far as uninstalling the drivers from the device manager and still nothing i still got this problem. I just recently restored my PC and they worked just fine bwefore the install, Also to note: windows update is also fully installed.
