The software won't open, update, or install on my computer. Any suggestions?

Please install the latest version of the .Net Framework. You can download version 4.8 from here. After doing so, try repairing the app via Add and Remove Programs>Synapse>Uninstall>Repair. If the problem persists, you will want to try to reinstall the app by following this guide. PM me should you need further assistance.
