I recently got the Blackshark v3 pro headset from razer.com and it arrived today and since i previously had a razer product i tried to update the synapse, thr problem was, was that it opened and closed rapidly and wouldn’t let me download so i uninstalled it and all razer files from my pc and now the installer from the website wont even launch. i click allow this device to make chanhes to your device then it closes. Ive tried everything i could look up from people with similar issues and i had no luck, i even contacted microsoft support to see if it was my computers fault and by the end of the session i was told to contact razer themselves. Is there any fixes to this?? if not my other issue was i could not return the item because it doesn’t recognize my order number and email despite me copying them directly from the email razer sent me. if ther are no fixes for the synapse id like to return then but if it falls out the window of return by then im done for. Please help.
