What's the Razer Naga model you are trying to use with Synapse? Is that a Razer Synapse 2 or 3.0 compatible? Can you send me your Razer Synapse logs so I can forward them to our devs and initiate an investigation? Save the files to any online drive account, then paste the shareable link in your message. Also, if you have RIOT Vanguard installed on your computer, you may try updating it to its latest version or uninstall it and see if it helps. Otherwise, send the logs via PM, including a video showing the issue and the Razer Naga's serial number. Thanks for your cooperation.
