Razer Synapse wont uninstall or do anything else | Razer Insider

I can uninstall other applications but Razer synapse does nothing. It stopped working randomly today, i attempted to uninstall and it wouldnt. I went into setting and uninstalled the actual keyboard and unplugged it. The software does nothing when i attempted to uninstall. Please help

Ensure that you've ended the Razer Synapse processes in Windows task manager. Also, check your firewall or anti-virus if it is blocking any Razer-related file on your computer. Yes I'm using my own computer and I'm connected to the internet. I tried uninstalling after ending all the processes in task manager including the cortex processes. My antivirus wasnt doing anything either. (0xc00000e5) is the actual error it gives me

I tried downloading the log collecter and opening it but it gives me the same message, being unable to start correctly. This is only happening to synapse software
Thanks for letting me know. Have you verified the Razer Synapse settings under Services? If you haven't yet, please right-click the start button at the bottom left and type "Services.msc". Ensure that the status is "Started" and the startup type" is set to "Automatic". Should the issue persists, please repair the Razer Synapse by following the step below:
