Razer Synapse3 no longer detects my Kraken Tournament Edition

This Morning the headset was working as great as ever. i had some issues with my graphics driver so i reinstalled it. after the computer restart synapse no longer detected my headset anymore( i did unplug my headset to move my computer briefly). i have tried every fix i could find from reinstalling synapse and repairing it to uninstalling my headset and reinstalling it to no avail. The headset still works i might add... i still get sound and the mic works but i dont get sidetone or any of the other features that synapse adds. The usb controller is still powered when i press the mute button it glows red.

Hi there! Thanks for creating this thread. Are you using a personal computer and connected to a home network? Have you checked whether your anti-virus or firewall is blocking any Razer-related files? Please perform the steps from this link and see if it helps.
