Hi, I recently tried upgrading from Razer Synnapse 3 to 4 and though it’s frustrating that it doesn’t automatically import settings one from another, that’s… fine.
The problem is that on Synnapse 4 only 5 headers are identified, even though all 6 are populated. I tried reinstalling the software several times and even physically disconnected and reconnected the “missing” header, but it still won’t work.
So deleted Synnapse 4 and went back to 3 where it all works.
Hope this will be fixed soon.
