Razer Synpase Wont Open

Hey Guys, Not 100% sure why my synapse stopped working on my new rig. I have the razer case by lian-li i'm just trying to sync the RBG with my other products again. Reinstalled multiples times deleted %appdata% / %programdata% / uninstalled drivers from device man / new ports tried the log tool this is what i got, probably did it wrong pics attached specs i9-10900k 2080 super 32gb ram asus z490 mobo Z73 Cooler Thanks!
