Razer Synposis .dll error

Ive been trying to find a quick fix for this issue ive been having. I didnt have it on my main PC, but with my monitor dead, and having to switch to my laptop. I was trying to get everything set up so I could raid with my 14 group. All my keybinds are tied to my Razer Tartarus in FF14, and it won't install properly due to a .dll error. Actually, I cannot even upload the picture here. Its not letting me so here is the full .dll error I am getting. "RSy3_AudioAppStreamsWrapper.dll" or one of its dependencies could not load file.
