PLEASE FIX THIS RAZER
Sorry if my tone is not up to par cus im frustuated. I downloaded system rescovery image from razer's website
PI480_WW_E22H2_T09 it comes in a zip file so i cant mount it in rufus or something similar as i will need an iso file for that purpose. So i also downloaded fresh copy of windows 11 ISO from the official site. After the initial OS mount on my rufus bootable installer i also extracted the recovery image i downloaded fro. RAZERS OFFICIAL WEBSITE and pasted it on the root folder of RUFUS. everything goes well the system reset starts up on boot. But now its been an hour and its STUCk in copying files process at 69%.
Mind you i downloaded the official release that razer put up on their website and it doesnt work maybe corrupted even so i ask you this Razer. I paid $2500 + for this device and i get no help ? Where is your support ? Ive been woth razer for years and years and every new year i get disdained by their carelessness. Does this aluminium chasis really makes up for their astounding cost ? Does it override the fact that performance wise and support wise the likes of ASUS g14 and hp omen transcend are miles better. Does your aliminium chasis make up for your carelessness mate? Fix your stupid files.
