Razer Tartarus Joystick 8 way movement WASD

I try to set my keybinds for the stick to WASD

I used to have a Tartarus V2 and it worked just fine. Sadly the stick has given up after 4 Years of using it almost daily and I got the Pro.

I importet the settings over. But now diagonal Input doesn’t work at all.

It doesn’t matter if I set it to 4 ways or 8 ways (sadly no double input is possible for the diagonals on the 8 way setting)

I read in the other posts that the 4 way Input would work but sadly for me it doesn’t.

I can run in the four directions, but as soon as I start to try moving diagonal, it stops as if I was pressing an unassigned key.

I even tried to set a new profile in case the import fucked up something, but still the same issue...

 

Would be greatful for any advice.

I believe I have a solution to your problem. I installed the software JoyToKey and configured it like this:

Hi I just bought Razer Tartatus pro with the intention to use it in Throne and Liberty, after playing around I was able to get 4 way movement activated but it is not meeting the needs of this game. I need to get 8 way working, did anyone solved this issue? I am afraid that if I can’t get this done I will need to return the device as this is completely useless without this feature.
