Razer Tartarus + Photoshop

Hello, I purchased Razer Tartarus for my work in photoshop and Wacom tablet. I mapped D-pad of Tartarus up and down to change brush scale so "." for bigger and "," for smaller brush, everything works fine except that when I sometimes change brush size using D-pad, it will jump back to previous tool. I am not sure if this PS issue or Razer something, so I look forward to any suggestions. Thanks!

Hey there! Thanks for posting your concern here. Have you tried replicating the issue using by using a dummy Razer Synapse account? Do you have another key mapping that has a similar pattern to your brush scale that could cause a conflict or mix up?

Hello, thank you for reply. I dont know about dummy razer synapse account. I have two profile programmed, one for photoshop and another for different app. But I have PS profile always set.

So what I tried: - deleted any other profile, kept only PS - disabled all keys on 8 way D-pad so I have shortcuts mapped only for directional D-pad up or down only - tried to map different shortcut key combination
