So I’ve had this item for almost 3 years. The thumb stick has finally lost its connection to read the left position.
Before I decide to haul off and buy a new one, is there a way to fix this connection?
I have remapped, I have disconnected and reconnected to various USB ports. I have restarted computer. I have reinstall Synapse.
Nothing fixes the issue.
Can the d-stick be removed safely without damaging it further to check if the connection just needs to be cleaned or is something is stuck inside?
