Razer Tartarus Pro, does not work in the game due to Synapse enabled

Hello. The buttons stop working in the game until any activity in the game “Line Age 2” changes (pressing right mouse button). But after that it immediately stops working. It feels like an active window appears in which macros are visible. I tried disabling synapse, it worked, but in this case I can’t assign the necessary keys. The synapse is not working correctly. Please fix it. Since I bought this controller only because of this game.…

Try repairing your Synapse software by following the steps below:

 

1. On your “Desktop”, click “Start” and search for “apps & features”.
2. Look for Razer Synapse 3, click on it and select “Modify”.
3. A user account control pop-up window will appear, select “Yes”.
4. Click on “REPAIR”.
5. Wait for the installation to complete.
6. Restart your PC.
