Razer Tartarus Pro Ghost Movement (Bad Software) Help please

Razer know this is a problem and i have read many online forums about it and even youtube videos about this exact problem and software ( Paid ) to download and replace synapse 3 to work around it, problem is every hour or so your player will start running backwards or in a direction and wont stop no matter what you press, you know this software needs to be fixed and it is not acceptable to sell products that do not work due to dodgy software, any eta on the fix razer ?, as it's a great keypad but is useless until you fix this problem that you are gracefully ignoring to the pain of your customers.
