Razer Tartarus Pro not being detected by Synapse
My Razer Tartarus Pro isn't showing up in synapse for some reason and I can't figure out how to get it working. I have other Razer devices and they are working fine, it's just the keypad.
I can see it in device manager under "Human Interface Device" and when I try to update it, it says it's already got the latest drivers. I've also tried reinstalling Synapse 3 and changing the USB ports but none of this has worked.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

I just plugged mines back in today and getting the same thing. It does the default buttons everywhere just fine, but just doesn’t show up in Synapse at all. Tried the windows troubleshoot method, tried uninstalling and reinstalling the driver, tried different ports, tried installing synapse 2. Nothing, just refuses to connect to the software, but works with default buttons on all scenarios. Please halp...
Same here, the keyboard works fine on Windows 10 but not detected by Synapse. I also tried on a Windows 11 laptop but still MIA. Razer team, we need help please!
I'm also having trouble with the same issue. I just bought it a while ago and it's terrible. Please tell me what to do.Im not native English speaker.
I am Personally fuming , I literally bought that device yesterday I connect it it works as a standard Keyboard area from 1-5 , WASD, etc , it is detected in Device Manager as HID Keyboard Device , but Synapse is not detecting it at all , I also have Razer Naga Trinity works Perfectly Fine , My Synapse is the latest version of Synapse 3. Not good experience at all !!!
Anyone have a work around that problem , and can you guys please check how is your Tartarus Pro detected in Device manager and report back , thank you in advance .
This morning a new update arrived for Synapse. I installed it and now Synapse re-recognizes my Tartarus Pro. Whoopee!
same, god bless, was about to try out rewasd again, was pretty sure it would have done the job but now i don’t have to. like come on man, if synapse failed me this time around, i was 100% about to just trash all my razer shit for good. have been a razer fan boy for way too long and finally see the light of all the nay-sayers. only thing keeping me are their naga mice… soon as i find an alternative, i’m out

Verkaufen können sie gut und auch teuer aber der Support ist das letzte.
Habe das selbe Problem mit der Huntsman V3 Pro TKL mich kotzt dieser Laden nur noch an.
Das war das Letzte Teil was ich von dieser Firma gekauft habe, da geh ich lieber zu Logitech oder Corsair.
Razer ist und bleibt Grottenschlecht.
